On the inside of the watch there are several numbers, importants for the value
of the watch. First of all, just in the middle, there is the factory stamp:
IWC, rounded by something which seems to be factory motto: PROBUS
SCAFUSIA. Below it is the bank gold mark (the watch is made from 14K gold). The next item is another mark: a squirrel, followed by a number - 0585. In the end, there is factory mark number, which toghether with the other number marked on the mechanism help us to identify the year this watch was made in. These two numbers are: 807416 on the rear panel and 966064 on the mechanism. Also, there is a little scratch on the bottom right side of the rear panel, probably made by one of it's owners: B-3615 |
